Tips by an awarded photographer

In the field by CreativeArtView

Here is something we can learn from CreativeArtView about the techniques and story behind this awarded photo. CreativeArtView is a hobby photographer from Switzerland. When CreativeArtView got his first DSLR In December 2012 he started getting serious about photography.

What inspired you to take this photo?

I was invited from the avalanches rescuedog team to capture there work with the camera. The main task of avalanche rescue dogs is to find buried persons. It was a thought of the dog handlers and me capture this moment when the buried person is found by the dog. A big challenge for me and my camera. I spent an hour in the dark cold snow cave. The dogs have done such a great job. The moment when the dog finds and digs you is indescribably. I have tried to capture this moment.
