"This photo was captured at 'a building' in Pyrmont, Sydney, Australia. I was inspired by a friend of mine who dabbles in 'Parkour' (the activity or sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing). He was visiting Sydney, and invited me out to take some snaps of him in action. We were talking about some dangerous scenarios, and what eventuated was a bit of stair climbing (hmmm, illegally?), a hang on a hand rail, and only few snaps at this location. It was an incredible buzz to shoot a dangerous situation, and for things to stay safe. I used a Canon EOS 6D camera with a Tamron SP 24-70mm F/2.8 Di VC USD lens and a Canon 430exii flash. The settings were Aperture 4.5 with ISO 125 and Shutterspeed at 1/250" - Daniel

I See You in Black & White Photo Contest Finalists!
Thank you to all the photographers that shared their favorite photos showing eyes in black and white. Monochrome portraits have always maintained a classic feature and can highly enhance the final result when well applied in relation to contrast and exposure. The gallery in this photo contest is exceptional and we cannot be more impressed with the skill level of the submissions, be sure to browse this magnificent collection.
A special thanks to our friends at Adorama and to friend & professional photographer Oliver Seidel for his collaboration as a guest judge.
